Andree Martinez

Andree grew up in El Paso Texas. Her family is full of entertainers. From a very young age, Karla (Host on the Univision show Despierta America!) and other family members were always around her. In her early years she was surrounded by celebrities on television, like her sister, Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez is the vice head of Safety Security as well as Business Resiliency for Southern California Edison, one of America's biggest electric utilities. SCE is committed to making safety for workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is responsible for all of all the programs and activities specifically focused on those aspects. Martinez offers safety leaders in all areas of the company mentoring, quality programs and support to help them achieve the safety objectives of their specific work groups. Martinez's prior position was that of Director for Safety Training and Compliance, Transmission & Distribution. Prior to that, Martinez served as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the course of his 30 years at SCE, he was in a variety of management positions, which included in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
