Najarra Townsend

Najarra had already figured out what she wanted to do with her life from the aged of just three. As a young girl, she began modeling and playing on stage shows in the local area. Najarra continued to take part in musicals and theater throughout the rest of her teens. She made her debut on the big screen at age ten, as a co-star on the film "Menace". Najarra was internationally recognized for her part in "Me and You and All the People We are" and was awarded the Sundance and Cannes Awards in 2005. The actress has appeared as the title character in various films, like: "Tru Loved", "Marin Blue", "Betty I am" and appeared in several other popular indie films.
